The good news is that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched Apni Chhat Apna Ghar scheme registration. That we are very happy that we have introduced Apni Chhat Apna Ghar scheme in Punjab. This will help those who do not have their own house as this program will provide interest-free loans of up to Rs.15 lakh to low-income families.
The duration of this loan will be seven years. The families who will apply in this scheme will be given an interest-free loan of Rs 15 lakh for a five to ten marla plot by the government. And eligible persons will repay this loan within a period of seven years. CM Punjab said that no installment will be taken from you in the first three months. After that you have to pay an installment of 14000 rupees every month. Thus you can own your house in a long period of seven years.
