Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced a loan of 15 lakh rupees for poor people to build their own houses. Under this program, 70,000 families across Punjab will be included in the first phase of Apni Chhat Apna Ghar scheme. Eligibility Criteria for the Loan
The government has set certain eligibility criteria to get a loan of Rs 15 lakh through Apni Chhat Apna Ghar program. Interest-free Loans will be given only to those who meet these criteria. These eligibility criteria are as follows:
- The applicant should have a plot of at least five marles in the city or at least 10 marles in the villages.
- As per NADRA records, the applicant should be the head of his family.
